風管主要應(yīng)用在工業(yè)及建筑工程中，主要的作用是通風換氣，降低室內(nèi)溫度，通風管道應(yīng)用在很多行業(yè)，在食品加工、機械制造、藥業(yè)制品、電子工業(yè)、購物中心都被廣泛使用，但是通風管道怎么正確安裝呢?但是如果你想要自己安裝，就必須學會安裝正確的流程步驟來進行工作。

Ventilation ducts are widely used in many industries, including food processing, machinery manufacturing, pharmaceutical products, electronics industry, and shopping centers. However, how can ventilation ducts be installed correctly? But if you want to install it yourself, you must learn the correct process steps to carry out the work.

風管組裝：風管較短可以一次性在地面組裝，風管較長可依據(jù)安裝場地情況分段組裝。組裝時應(yīng)盡量調(diào)整風道的中心度和水平度，避免風管扭曲或上下起波，左右擺龍，每段風道不宜超過10m。組裝時，墊片應(yīng)墊平，法蘭螺栓應(yīng)均勻擰緊，螺母帽均朝向同一方向。

Air duct assembly: Short air ducts can be assembled on the ground in one go, while longer air ducts can be assembled in sections according to the installation site conditions. During assembly, the centrality and levelness of the air duct should be adjusted as much as possible to avoid twisting or rippling of the air duct, and the length of each section of the air duct should not exceed 10m. During assembly, the gasket should be leveled, the flange bolts should be tightened evenly, and the nut caps should be facing in the same direction.

風管就位：先檢查全部支架的水乎度、標高、牢固程度。風管就位一般使用直接和吊具兩種方式。如果風管斷面較小位置又很低的可采用人工就位方法，只需搭設(shè)簡易腳手架即可。當風管斷面較大且管段較長時，可采用滑輪、倒鏈、大繩等方法吊裝。為了便于風道就位，一般多采用將風道吊在腳手架上，然后再將其抬放在風道支架上的方法。腳手架應(yīng)沿其風道長度方向搭設(shè)，高度和位置應(yīng)適合施工操作，吊裝順序應(yīng)先干管后支、立管。

Air duct positioning: First, check the water level, elevation, and firmness of all supports. There are generally two methods for positioning air ducts: direct and lifting. If the cross-section of the air duct is small and the position is very low, manual positioning method can be used, and simple scaffolding can be erected. When the cross-section of the air duct is large and the pipe section is long, methods such as pulleys, chain blocks, and large ropes can be used for lifting. In order to facilitate the positioning of the air duct, it is generally used to hang the air duct on a scaffold and then lift it onto the air duct bracket. Scaffolding should be erected along the length direction of its air duct, and the height and position should be suitable for construction operations. The lifting sequence should start with dry pipes and then support and stand pipes.

風道調(diào)直：就位在支架上的風道，應(yīng)撥正位置，調(diào)整風道橫平豎直，然后再按圖集要求固定。

Air duct straightening: The air duct placed on the bracket should be aligned, adjusted horizontally and vertically, and then fixed according to the requirements of the atlas.
